With over 24 years as active Boston Locals, and over 500 locations in our database, we can quickly source the perfect spot for your film or photography project.  Our locations run the scope of a 5 acres warehouse hidden in the heart of the city, to classic dinners filled with Boston flavor.  Our fees are tier based so you can choose what works best for your budget and resources.  

Tier 1

Available to production companies with IMD ratings only, 

• tell us what you are looking for and if we have a match in the data base, pay one flat fee and we will provide contact information.  You arrange everything with the location directly.

Tier 2

• We have a match in our data base, and handle negotiations, terms, and complete all paperwork with the location. You pay one flat fee. We are Not present at filming.

Tier 3

• We can represent you at site, negotiate terms and handle all paperwork. We also remain at location all day during your shoot period, to minimize interruptions, and maximize your filming day.  Recommended and noted at some locations in our data base.

Our services are confidential, professional, and comprehensive.  We also can assist with permits, local extras and actors.
